Thomas Gardner, DPT, ATC
I attained my Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training / Physical Education from William Paterson University of New Jersey. I went on to complete a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University (Philadelphia, PA) in 2007.

Special Certifications and Continuing Education
I am a certified athletic trainer with extensive knowledge of taping techniques including Kinesio- taping. I have completed the Manual Therapy residency and currently am pursuing Fellowship training in Manual Therapy, both from the Ola Grimsby Institute. I am also a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Athletic Trainer's Association.

In the Practice
My clinical experience has focused strongly on sports and orthopedics. I incorporate elements of balance and proprioceptive training into nearly all of my therapeutic regimens. Though I have extensive education in all body parts, I really enjoy working with complex shoulder and ankle/foot problems.

Family and Community
Originally from New Jersey, I lived in 8 different states before making Seattle my home. I love the Pacific Northwest and try to be outdoors hiking and camping as much as possible. I currently live in Ballard with my wife and 3 year old yellow lab.
